FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
To help customers prepare for their classes, we include a comprehensive frequently asked questions section of our website. You can locate that here. Please allow the page up to 5 seconds to load as it can initially appear as blank for those with different internet speeds and/or browsers.
RESIN INFORMATION
We have a comprehensive section on resin to help customers prepare for resin classes located here. We highly recommend that you take the time to read it thoroughly to help you prepare for your take-home kit and decide how you would like your project to look. The kit will include instructions, but our site also gives you a series of tips & tricks that will assist you in making sure your resin art has the perfect cure.
CLOTHING & HAIR
Please keep in mind that this is an art class, and though they are not generally messy, accidents can still happen, so please dress accordingly. For those with long hair, we highly encourage the use of hair restraints during class to prevent ink from getting in your hair (or hair getting into your ink!).
Upon performing risk assessments that current Queensland Government COVID-19 restrictions have informed, we cannot provide aprons for our patrons to wear during classes. We recommend that you consider supplying your own.
GROUP BOOKINGS
If you purchased more than one seat, you would automatically be grouped with those seats (even if you made them in separate transactions) if you list them on your booking.
If you would like to be grouped with other attendees in particular (your friend paid for their ticket), just let us know their name, and we will be sure to seat you together! But in the event you forget, don’t stress, on arrival, we ask if you are placed with friends and pop you in together, so you enjoy your class as a group.
NDIS SUPPORT
We want to see more inclusive art classes available here in Brisbane. More creativity, experiences, and confidence boost more love of art for more people. Whilst we are NOT registered to become providers, we work with people on the NDIS regularly to help connect people with art, and we are so excited to have the ability to be part of the story of the vibrant and inclusive art community here in Brisbane. To access the NDIS for your classes, please book as standard and provide your invoice to your plan manager/coordinator. Most of our clients claim their fees under Class: Innov Community Participation.
CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
As per the terms & conditions of this ticket, if we have to cancel the event, we will always offer you a full refund.
Cancellations are few and far between; however, it is essential to know that some venues require a minimum of 10 people, so if we don’t make that number by the day of the event, we will let you know before 12 pm that day (VIA EMAIL) that it has been cancelled, postponed or provide you details if we managed to find an alternate venue. Please ensure you keep an eye on your email for any changes.
COVID & STOCK
COVID has dramatically affected stock supplies; we order stock well in advance of planned classes but are very aware that there are unplanned shortages sometimes. Instead of swapping stock to something similar, we will reschedule the class to give you the experience you paid for. In the unlikely event that it happens, we will let you know via email.
NO SHOWS
If you book a ticket (paid or unpaid) and don’t show up, we do not offer a refund, and you are required to pay for your class. We do not offer discounts because we have to purchase supplies before the class to account for your attendance.
If you let us know at least 48-hours in advance of the class, we will happily transfer your ticket to another event or offer you a credit to use at any of our classes within the purchasing region. But we do not offer refunds.
